 Takata s.r.o. protects and respects the personal integrity of both employees and customers, and seeks to build the necessary awareness of the importance of data protection and privacy. The Company’s goal is to reduce the risks associated with the misuse of the personal data and to ensure that all personal data are kept in a lawful, honest and transparent manner, as well as to ensure management and responsibility to enable compliance with data protection.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

1. E-shop

We process your personal data for the purpose of tendering, signing the contract over the Internet and fulfilling it, in particular for the receipt and registration of the order, executing the order, sending, issuing an accounting document, withdrawing from the contract and possibly claiming it.

1. Consumer competition

We process your personal data for your voluntary participation in the contest and, if you are the winner, also for the purpose of delivering the prize. We process your personal data for this purpose only if you grant us your consent.

1. Marketing communication

We process your personal data for the purpose of the customer care, product and service information, and market research through the selected communication method. We process your personal data on this legal basis for a legitimate interest, or if you give us your consent.

1. Loyalty program

We process your personal data due to your participation in the loyalty program, in particular for registering in the loyalty program, collecting orders and payments data, collecting data about the benefits gained and used.

We process your personal data to make bookings of the entries to our entertainment facilities, without which we are unable to make the booking so that we can provide you with better services, more space and the time you choose to visit the entertainment facility. We are not able to make the booking without identifying individuals, that is, personal data.

The legitimate interest of the operator constitutes, under the Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR Regulations the legal basis for the processing of personal data of the persons concerned without their explicit consent. We also process personal data on a legal basis – a legitimate interest, in order to:

2. Direct marketing, in order to improve our services and support clients, increase efficiency through marketing tools.

1. Documents relating to the job-seekers shall be kept for as long as the tenderer has given his / her consent.

Accounting

1. The accounting documents shall be kept for 10 years.

E-shop

1. Purchase contracts concluded through an online store are retained for the duration of the order and after the necessary time for the exercise of rights, complaints and time stipulated by the legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU.

Purchase contracts

1. Purchase contracts are retained for the duration of the contract and for the necessary time for the exercise of rights, complaints and time stipulated by the legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU.

Tendering procedures

1. In the case of tenders and bids, personal data shall be retained for the duration of the procedure or the validity of the bid, normally 30 days.

Claims register

1. Documents relating to the claim shall be kept for 5 years.

Recovery of claims / Litigation

1. relating to litigation shall be kept for 10 years.

Marketing

1. Marketing documents shall be retained for as long as the person concerned has given their consent, for a short time until the consent is withdrawn. Unless consent is given for a specific period of time, personal data is processed until the end of the purpose for which the consent has been given.

Booking

1. Personal data provided due to the booking are retained for a period of 10 years, also for reasons of relevant legislation of the Slovak Republic, or other possible legal claims of the company or third parties.

We do not pass on your personal data and we do not intend to transfer it to a third country.

The security of your personal data is of primary importance to us. To ensure the protection of your personal data, we have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures. We use secure web space, encrypted cloud services, advanced ICT architecture. Data on servers as well as communication with our company’s sites are encrypted and secure.

This Privacy Policy enters into force on the day of its publication on: 25 May 2018.
